Creativity
Everyone's pitching in around here to try and make our home appealing to potential buyers. This afternoon the kids worked hard on this snowman in the hope that it would attract anyone driving by.

Well, I'd buy it if I were in the market :) That's a great selling tactic.
I had fun with Ryley tonight. I forgot until I read this post after I got home that he was your boy. We were buds in the dodgeball line waiting to get back into the game. He seems like a great kid - good job parents :)
